Mateus Santana

A little bit about him

Mateus Santana is a harmonica player living in the historical city of São Cristóvão, Sergipe, having participated in several bands, with highligts in the sergipan bands The Baggios and Urublues.

Beggining

Fan of the instrument, Mateus to attend and study at the lutheria of the renowned Luthier Passos, in the city of São Cristóvão, maintaining contact with the universe of the manufacture of musical instruments.

Acceptance

After a period of experience, where he adapted himself to the tecnique and the handling of the instrumentation used in lutherie, he developed abilities in customization of diatonic harps, building noble wood bodies.

The technique

Recognition

The work was well accepted in the market, to the point of being congratulated with the interest of the master, harmonica musician, Jefferson Gonçalves, who liked his work, thus originating the custom line with the signature of the renowned bluesman.
